Founded by Ivelin Iliev and Grigor Yosifov, Replero started with a simple realization: managing customer inquiries is time-consuming, especially when you’re running a busy online shop. We knew there had to be a better way, so we set out to create it.

Our Journey

With years of experience leading AI and data initiatives for Fortune 500 companies, Ivelin Iliev joined his family’s small Etsy clothing business and quickly recognized the challenges shop owners face—particularly in handling customer interactions. Managing inquiries efficiently while focusing on business growth was a significant struggle. Determined to make life easier for small business owners, Ivelin set out to build a solution.

That’s when Grigor Yosifov came into the picture. With a strong background in software engineering, Grigor had led tech projects for global brands like Walt Disney, Jack Daniel’s, and Schneider Electric. His deep understanding of SaaS products and passion for making technology accessible to everyone perfectly complemented our vision. Together, we created Replero—a tool designed to help shop owners streamline customer communications and reclaim valuable time.
